Friday 8/29/08 Squat, dip

1. Squat: 2*5*60, 5*100, 2*130, 6*3*145kg

2. Dip: 5*bw, 5*20kg, 6*2*40kg

I felt pretty tired, i did not sleep enough at night. My feeling was about this :ugh:, when i started squatting. But still, workout was okay.

Man I hear you, you can feel really sick from doing heavy squats, and to be tired is even worse. Still great workout.

1. Squat: 10*60, 3*100, 1*130, 6*145kg (narrow stance)

2. Incline bench: 10*50, 6*50, 5*80, 6*4*100kg

2. Medium grip pulldown: 4*80, 5*4*100kg Warm up for inclines.

3. Smith calves: 15*55, 10*95, 2*5*135kg

Workout was ok, nothing special. Next time deathlifts and some pull up's maybe.:imcoolurnot:

good workout man! squats looking good.. right on parallel.. thats more than 75% of the people in gym's do :2:

Thanks!:tiphat: I try to go at least parallel every time when squatting. I filmed my squatting so i could see how deep i'll go, and see if my technique is ok.
