31 years old(=too old) from Finland and lifting about 12 years. And i haven't competed.

Friday 9/12/08 Squat, cg bench

1. Squat: 5*60, 5*60, 3*100, 1*130, 4*5*145kg Left hip/thigh felt sore so i didn't do the last two sets.

2.CG bench: 10*60, 2*100, 6*2*120kg
Close grip bench felt very good.

Deads are one my favorite movement at the moment, so it's fun to do.
Cg bench surpriced me a bit because it felt so easy. sometimes my right shoulder b:ugh:thers me, so pressing movements can be hard to do.

That bb curl was drop set, first 3reps at 70kg then 10reps at 50kg.
