2.Floor press:
10*100, 4*120, 9*100kg



3.Standing barbell press:

2*12*60, 10*100, 5*140, 2*6*170with knee wraps, 8*140kg not atg

Legpress:
15*100, 8*200, 10*300, 10*400knee wraps+5*350+5*300kg

Sldl:
10*70, 10*100, 10*140kg

One leg curl:
6*20, 8*15, 10*10kg

Workout was pretty good, i think my legs will be sore tomorrow or day after tomorrow.:ugh:

This log is anything but lazy! Great workout man, your back truely shows your hard work. Those lower lats of yours hang so far down and are real thick, im jealous!
