Squats (hips finally felt better, but afterwards not so good.....)
495 failed! (i guess not doing squats in a couple of weeks hurt me, as well as dropping the weight too fast, i was extremely pissed after failing)

To come back from your dodgy hips and on failing on your first attempt not let it get you and pull out 2 sets of 6 is damn inspiring. Awesome job.

gonna try and not be lazy ne more as far as posting my log, everyones support really does make training so dam sweet.........:2:

Hack squat
8plts +50lbs x 6
8plts +50lbs x 6 (didn't really like the 6th rep but my training partner said it was better than i thought)

Leg Press (wasn't sure really where to start here since i haven't done heavy leg press in a while.....)
22plts x 6 (easy)
26plts x 6 (1 more plate and the leg press is fully filled, gotta handle that next week)
