it was defiantly a good back workout, i was very happy with the pullups just becuz how heavy i am, my grip was the thing that was really dying on me....and the pulldowns are very shocking to me, i was so dam pumped when i wacked out that whole dam rack of 310lbs.....and i do want to get sum new pics up i just need to find a digital camera up here at school, i'd like to see the differences in my physique from a pictures standpoint, my last pictures i was 235lbs and now i'm up around 247lbs, so hopefully :ughfingers: i've made sum good improvements...........thanks bb :2:
