Close grip and curls are out of this world. You curl practically what I DB bench! :)

Good workout but I was really confused with my 1st set of squats on 405, it felt hard as hell, like i said my buddy said i was coming down weird....but then the second set i did 405 easily, i just wish i would have banged out another set instead of quitting :disgust:

Finally decided to take a break on Max-Ot and go Back to higher reps (around 8-10), the first day was not very good becuz i had NOOO muscle endurace.

Bench Press
315 x 8
315 x 7-8

Incline BB Bench

DB Incline
100 x 6-8
100 x 5-7

Smith Incline

225 x 8 (1 notch down)

Cable Flyes

This was a terrible day, i was so used to doing 4-6 reps that everytime I went for my 7th rep i felt like i was lifting a house.....even on my 1st set of bench which is extremley suprising, oh well it's gonna take a while to get my muscle endurance back :uhoh2::disgust:

cool to hear ur back on higher volume mate:D i personally prefer that any time, good session, amazing pressing all over even though u werent satisfied with it;) i would be thrilled to bench 3 plates per side even for only one rep:(

wasn't a terrible workout i guess but i just had noooo muscle endurance....i will def. keep them coming :xyxthumbs:

I've never done Max-OT or a 5x5, but if I take time off I also feel that way. I'll get to 6 and then I pretty much shut down. Anyway, your off day still puts most of us to shame, so that should make you feel good :49:

thanks for the compliments brother :hsughr:......when ur muscles just shut down it is the most frustrating thing ever, but i just gotta fight through it for now until i get my muscle endurance back up and everything will be good. oh yeah and teh squats were weird i banged out 405 on my 2nd set for an easy 10, i should have moved up to 495, but i was being a puss about it....:crymeariver: :2:

I also wanted to say how sick it is to get both of my training partners back, Flex and Shutupnsquat, we all had sum time off from each other to sepeartely train (4 months to be exact) and now the team is back and stronger than ever :2::2::hsughr:
