cool to hear ur back on higher volume mate i personally prefer that any time, good session, amazing pressing all over even though u werent satisfied with it i would be thrilled to bench 3 plates per side even for only one rep

I've never done Max-OT or a 5x5, but if I take time off I also feel that way. I'll get to 6 and then I pretty much shut down. Anyway, your off day still puts most of us to shame, so that should make you feel goodThis was a terrible day, i was so used to doing 4-6 reps that everytime I went for my 7th rep i felt like i was lifting a house.....even on my 1st set of bench which is extremley suprising, oh well it's gonna take a while to get my muscle endurance back
