just an amazing back workout, by far one of the best back workouts in a long time.........:tiphat:

lat pulldowns
280 x 14
295 x 12
310 x 8-10

deadlifts
315 x 12 (warmup)
405 x 10
495 x 4 (PB!!) yeahhhhhhh budddddyyy

t-bar rows in corner
5plts x 12
6plts x 10
7plts x 8

overhand bent over rows
315 x around 10
315 x around 10

underhand bent over rows
315 x around 10
315 x around 10

(i forget my reps for the rows, i was going over 10 reps for each set but i forget exactly how many i got so we'll say "around 10" :keke:)

finished with sum reverse grip lat pulldowns, 205lbs then up to 220lbs.....

my lower back just feels absouletly ridiculous, my back overall felt insanse :hsughr::hsughr:

Goddamn, 2 intense sessions there. Impressive weight throughout. Doing that sort of weight on the incline press at the end of a session is awesome, as is doing those pull downs at the end of your back workout. Must feel great at the minute!

Sick weights dude, as always. I'd again be very careful of the underhand rows though, thats how Yates tore his, and I developed tendonitis in mine.
