I thought you did more than four reps of 495 on deads, but I guess I was wrong.

Your strength has definetly been progessing, i'm glad the high reps are working for you. I'm thinking over the weeks you built up your stamina.

Sick weights dude, as always. I'd again be very careful of the underhand rows though, thats how Yates tore his, and I developed tendonitis in mine.

thanks IS glad to see you in my log again :hsughr:....i defiantly know not to go too heavy with the underhand rows, the last thing i wanna do is get sum kind of injury :tiphat:.....i'm gonna be starting my diet pretty soon, so i'll be starting a new precontenst log, i hope that you will be stopping by and giving me sum awesome advice :ughfingers: :tiphat:

no i'm almost 100% sure i only got 4 reps.....thanks joseph i've really noticed a huge difference in my stamina it's def. built up....., i've been really happy with our training sessions lately we have just been balls to the wall, i'm suprised that we haven't been "broken" yet haha :tiphat:

amazing sessions turkish. those deadlifts are outstanding, bench press is great and im glad to see ur shoulder strenght is coming along too=D

incline smith
3 sets of 225 w/ a low stretch and a nice squeeze.

finished w/ sum cable flyes aka "mass builders"....

got sum fat pictures of myself taken tonight, gonna post a couple in the next day or two

man this is what happens when i don't check anyone's log for awhile. Dang dude u've been getting stronger and stronger...........crazy workouts.

Another immense chest session. Amazes me how many big presses you do and using such awesome weight throughout! Even finishing with an incline move!
