Last 3 sessions are outstanding!
No weak areas at all. Simply impressive lifting throughout. Awesome work on the DB presses - no wonder you were pleased with them!

yeahhhh budddy!!! thanks rocko, my training sessions have just been going so dam well as of late, i have no complaints here bro...i wasn't even going to try the 110's on the shoulder press at first but Flex just told me to go for it and i did....:2:

man believe me never do a low carb.. your whole strengh is away.. if you deadlift 405 regular you can just lift 225 on low carb

Not necessarily, I was just as strong as I was with high carbs. You just cant do as many reps, throw in some more healthy fats during low carb and you body will have a good energy source without the bloating and water from carbs.
Good luck with the diet Turk, cant wait to see all the striated muscle you gonna have popping out. :tiphat:

whats up bodybuilders, the diet came into effect on Sunday the 11th and it's been going decently well....still high carbs so there is not much difference here is my week 1 numbers:

Calories: 4200

Carbs: 500g

protein: 300-350g

fat: 70-90g

I'm 20 weeks out so i'm in no big rush to drop anything too much...b4 my diet i was probably getting around 6,000 calories and well over 600g of carbs so my changes are a lot more than u wuld probably think :tiphat:

my left knee was really bothering me in today's leg session, it's been bothering me for the past couple weeks but has just been getting worse and worse........
squats

(knee pain like a b*tch)

(i always have problems counting/remembering my reps when i'm doign a set i guess from the amount of energy i'm putting into the set....???)

Hey you looked prety good in ure pics mass wise. If you were to cut down and get shredded i think you could win some shows cause you look real thick. Also you are in college so you should 23 or under i think. So you could prolly do some junior mens competitions. If you did the NPC Natural ohio the junior mens you could prolly win. Just check it out.
