good arm session man...gotta try those reverse grip presses....by zottman curls do u mean hammer curls across the body?if not pls explain!!
You know I will
Still destroying the triceps, I see Have you met/how close are you to meeting your circumfrential goal?
Had to look up Zottman curls. How did they feel? Seems like you're taking away most of the eccentric part for your biceps, and your forearms won't get much concentric at all. I suppose you could repeat it in reverse after each rep to counteract this.
heavy ass session bro!
there is no light work in there
wow bro my hats off to you your poundages are awesome.
Nice hamstring session.........you pussy
Keep up the great work, but u better balance out those hammies.....................You pussy
i gotta screw with you bro but its only bc i want your best for u. I actually do my hamstrings on back day and train quads with traps which is also less stress on the joints for the legs i mean with all that heavy squatting and then hammering hammies.
God Bless Bro
Ben
Giant quad work although as Ben pointed out I'd expect your hammie strength to be higher than that - not that it's weak but compared to your quads they seem less balanced in strength.
hahaha i know that doing the stiff leg deads after squatting aint much fum because of the strain on ur lower back haha.......that's why i do them as my second excersise..instead of all quad ex. and then ham ex. i mix them up!
