Still destroying the triceps, I see :hsughr: Have you met/how close are you to meeting your circumfrential goal?

Had to look up Zottman curls. How did they feel? Seems like you're taking away most of the eccentric part for your biceps, and your forearms won't get much concentric at all. I suppose you could repeat it in reverse after each rep to counteract this.

last time i measured the guns :yardsalebroly: they were almost 19.5 inches cold, i don't think i'm gonna break that 20 mark though becuz my diet is coming up here in a couple of weeks.....the zottman curls felt great, i try and get an awesome squeeze at the top and i really feel it in my bi's and even forearms a lot....:xyxthumbs:

today's 1 of my off days, right now i'm watching my Steelers handle the bungals...just gonna take it easy today watch football and study for 2 tests that i have tommorow......legs monday...:ughnoes:

i really felt like crap after squatting becuz i really put everything i had into those sets, my first set w/ 405 was just sweet depth, i took a few of them even below parallel and they took a whole lot out of me.....my other 2 sets were good as well and just massacred my legs

i gotta screw with you bro but its only bc i want your best for u. I actually do my hamstrings on back day and train quads with traps which is also less stress on the joints for the legs i mean with all that heavy squatting and then hammering hammies.

Giant quad work although as Ben pointed out I'd expect your hammie strength to be higher than that - not that it's weak but compared to your quads they seem less balanced in strength.

haha i know i know, i was supposed to do stiff legged deadlifts w/ my training partners but i basically pussied out and just did leg curls and left....yeah i know i pussied out.......:e5dunno: thanx for looking out for me bro well appreciated

i'm normally so dam burnt out after hitting my quads that i'm dead beat when it comes to working my hammies, something i gotta fix for sure :crymeariver::ughfingers:

stiff leg deads defiantly aren't fun to do after squats, but it has to be done....i just gotta make sure to finish strong and not wuss out
