nice to see you still lifting pretty heavy! but a good desicion to try it the slow way.. it works good for me (i do it on bench and all leg excersices) and it kicks in really good!

did sum legs yesterday:

(both 405 sets were good depth, my training partner flex said that i got lower and lower each rep....:tiphat:)

leg press
20plts x 12
23plts(or 24 i forget) x 10
26plts x 10

leg extensions
250 x 12
250 x 10
250 x 9 drop set 150 x 8 and sum help

lying leg curls
150 x 12
150 x 10
150 x 7-8

seated leg curls
190 x 8
170 x 10
170 x 10

also did sum seated calves for 3 sets w/ 3 plts around the 20's in reps

yeah my bf defiantly isn't low, i dont think it was right when i got it done but i would say i'm somewhere around 19-20%......:tiphat:......i'll be posting up pictures soon b4 i start my diet so we will see....

thanks bulkboy i missed u my friend :crymeariver: :gaygay:.....haha.......i've been going 5 days a week with my split like this

Sunday: off day
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: off day (but i usually go in and hit sum calves)
thursday: back
Friday: Shoulders and traps
Saturday: Arms

i've been trying to stay with the rep range of 8-12.....:2:

i'm a little under 5'9".......i have sum pictures posted in the member pictures section from when i was around 235lbs......check them out but i should be getting sum new pictures taken pretty soon b4 i start my diet :tiphat:

Damn bro that leg workout is insane.. Great squats and crazy leg press numbers, hell great numbers all around. If you were in my gym I would definitely be intimidated because I am use to being the strongest haha, hell if you were in my gym I would lift with you.. only person so far that could keep up or lift more then me... miss that motivation of competition with another crazy ass strong partner.

my upper chest is really a weak part in my physique, that's why i try and crush it every chest workout.....hopefully it's a bright future w/ a lot of muscle :ughfingers:......thanks for the support big braaq :tiphat::2:

I seen you pics that posted a while ago, looks fine. Depending where your BF is at right now, you should think about what show you want to do. You need to put the idea in your head that your competing for an upcoming show, this will keep you focus.

back

finally did deadlifts today after a long long long loonngg time of not doing them......

lat pulldowns
310 x 9 (whole rack)
310 x 10
310 x 10

Deadlifts
315 x 12
405 x 5 (didn't use enough legs)
405 x 10 (2nd set of 405 felt alot better becuz i made sure to use my legs)

Bent over overhand rows
315 x 12
315 x 14

bent over underhand rows
315 x 10
315 x 12

DB Rows
100 x 12 (tooo easy)
130 x 20 (highest db in gym)

finished off with sum reverse grip pulldowns......killer back workout my lower back was absoultely fried and my lats just had a pump outta this world....i was also happy with the deadlifts considering i havn't done them in a very long time.....:food-snacking:
