sweet session turk, you inspire me! ive still got my deadlift on ya.........boo yah......however i cant say it will last for long considering how quickly you are progressing, plus i do rack deads instead now!

(my shoulders are soo dam weak, i can't get my strenght to go up on the bb presses....)

lower back was shot from the back workout the nite b4...the shrugs were just killing it even more...overall a good shoulder workout, i would have liked to do more exercises but still got sum awesome work

Dear God Turkish, shoulders is the only place I come anywhere close to your strength, and it's your weakest bodypart...and I'm still dominated! There must be a little bit of muscle in that 250 pounds :ughnoes:

I have trouble getting my strength up on shoulder presses too. Ever tried a 5x5 or some other strength builder for shoulders? I'm toying with the idea.

yeah dude, your shoulders are freaky strong, dont sweat it, maybe drop the weight and work up again, but yeah great session per my expectations.........your an official tough kid

i course i remember u gorgeous :gaygay:......i tried sum low reps in the summer and my shoulder strenght defiantly increased (235lbs on bb shoulder press) but now that my reps are back to 8-12, my strength is right back down, oh well i'll either try something like a 5x5 like u said or just increase my reps and slowly build it up :e5dunno:.....thanks for stopping by glex and u stay beautiful :keke:

Still destroying the triceps, I see :hsughr: Have you met/how close are you to meeting your circumfrential goal?

Had to look up Zottman curls. How did they feel? Seems like you're taking away most of the eccentric part for your biceps, and your forearms won't get much concentric at all. I suppose you could repeat it in reverse after each rep to counteract this.
