Dear God Turkish, shoulders is the only place I come anywhere close to your strength, and it's your weakest bodypart...and I'm still dominated! There must be a little bit of muscle in that 250 pounds
I have trouble getting my strength up on shoulder presses too. Ever tried a 5x5 or some other strength builder for shoulders? I'm toying with the idea.
