after this cycle you might want to consider taking a week off to let some of those joint problems heal up

I know how you feel, I've had a workmate say that. My response was " NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!". My wife also said that "my legs were looking really good, maybe because my calves had go skinnier", I could have cried, although I think she meant that they were getting more defined as I built the muscle up.

honestly the weight doesnt move but i feel bigger, harder, i got more strides, more veins, that was all the past few weeks, i am losing alot of water, i know im not gonna gain 20 pounds but what i do gain its gonna be solid muscle. right now i feel bigger like now its starting to kick in real nice, last week i deadlifted 460, went up 30 pounds, this week ima attempt 500lbs:ughnoes: im pull that shit up hard lol(hypoop ima jam to some journey for this one haha) i will post before and after pics i got pictures from the first week, after the 10th week ima take better ones cause those came out shitty. ill keep you posted on it, also ima have a camera so if i get the deadlift ima get a picture of it lol, tomorrow im hoping to have a good chest workout without any pains, i wanna pull some heavy reps tomorrow and do some negatives, that will be posted around 1430

im disapointed i couldnt try the 500 dead, i swear to you my gym was a oven, no a/c and the spot where i deadlift has no doors or windows, so i honestly couldnt it was way too hot, but i did some conventional deads with 410 lbs for 5 reps with the best form i have ever had in my life, i guess sumo's helped me out alot with form, im not completely bummed, i was called today from vitaminshoppe and was told i got the job there lol, thank god. so tomorrow i take the drug test(they wont find anything right? steroid wise?)

Hey man, people like that in gyms just ruins it, but try using your anger from those "morons" to kill the weights. also no a/c in a gym is intense, try using it for an advantage
you got some serious weight liftin' numbers in there
chest workouts in both sessions are serious heavy..
you'll get that 500lb dead man!
