lol thanks lance ima get the 500 next week hopefully or in 2 weeks, BTW congrats on VIP dude!!! lol oh and when i get the 500 ima video tape it and take a picture so you guys can see it, also so i can send to my friend he jail, he owns my weight room and has been the only person there to squat 500 and deadlift it, so ima send him pictures of both lol he remembers me being 115-120 pounds he taught me everything and without him i probably wouldnt be lifting what i am today, hes help me out every step of the way, and says when he gets out(in about 20 years lol) that hes gonna train me for some hardcore powerlifting lol we'll see haha.

oh and my workout yesterday(back,bis,tris) i was sober!!! i have never smoked or done any kind of drugs out side of steroids, i dip and chew thats about it, alot of guys snort coke and smoke weed before and they lift, i dont do that i drink an endo rush and im good to go, just thought everyone should know lol

Heavy-weight may not be the be all and end all but it is still an important part of bodybuilding. The change in routine might be the thing you really need.

imo i think that maybe leg training you'll respond best with 10-15 reps, just see how you feel with it, im sure you'll get a huge pump

thanks alot guys! ill let you know how it goes tomorrow i do chest and i got the new NO shotgun, on friday my arms looked like if i injected synthol it was unreal lol, cant wait till tomorrow

i was 204 with a complete empty stomach and about to dehydrate i sweat alot of water today so im guessing im anywhere from 204-207 which is a great improvement
