thanks alot guys!!!!!! tomorrow is chest and i cant wait to take that plasma jet and watch my chest blow up!!! lol i have alot of shit to do tomorrow since in moving on friday but ill finish my training this week just wont have a car to get to the gym

I had a great pump today i felt thick and looked thick as well i called over a buddy of mine and asked him what he thought, i did a front DBL bicep and his eyes almost feel outta his face, he says that my arms look fuller and my back looks wide as hell and my legs have gotton bigger with more lines and everything, did a side chest and he says that you can see alot of detail in my legs and that my hams were hanging(looked cool lol) and my chest was bulging, im happy were im at but i want more i wanna look insane lol ima post some pics soon!!!! so you guys can let me know what you think

thats why i dont do alot of volume when i train but i get to hit it twice a week, tomorrow ima have a leg session on video i just need to learn to edit it all together, i want you guys to comment on my form

awesome work man, gotta get those body parts in there, specially if you gotta time constraint etc.
congrats on the shrugs last after all that heavy blasting.
behind the neck pulldowns are excellent also for traps, IMO.
keep it up man!
