Decline BB Press - first time in over a year I've done this, I despise this movement I have no other alternatives though, I do Incline DBs my other chest day and Incline BB tear my shoulders up. I'm going to try the Marines gym next time, I think their gym may be better equipped and hopefully have dip bars, then I'll be all set I could try the other gym even, the biggest one on base but its about a 2 mile walk

I'm going to be changing the reps up this upcoming week, I'm going to keep everything between the 8-12 range instead of 4-8 range, see how that works out for the next 8 weeks. Also, Tuesday will be the first time I'll have trained legs in 5 months Another reason to go to the Marines gym too, since the current gym I go to (smallest one on base, but closest) does not have a squat rack but only a smith machine plus as mentioned before does not have dip bars which are a staple in my chest workout.
Also, today marks the first official day of my bulk, even though I gained 20lbs in 4 weeks I'm shooting for 220lbs by the 1st of January, lets see how that works out
so I trained my legs tonight. Took it really easy as I don't want to feel like I just got ass raped by an elephant tomorrow All I did was some leg press and seated leg curl, and the sad thing is I already know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow They feel so tired too, they're not used to that at all
I know I said I was going to keep the reps 8-12, but I felt like going heavy
