I just remember I had to keep moving the pin lower each set 





I have no other alternatives though, I do Incline DBs my other chest day and Incline BB tear my shoulders up. I'm going to try the Marines gym next time, I think their gym may be better equipped and hopefully have dip bars, then I'll be all set 

Another reason to go to the Marines gym too, since the current gym I go to (smallest one on base, but closest) does not have a squat rack but only a smith machine
plus as mentioned before does not have dip bars which are a staple in my chest workout.
I'm shooting for 220lbs by the 1st of January, lets see how that works out 







All I did was some leg press and seated leg curl, and the sad thing is I already know my legs are going to be sore tomorrow
They feel so tired too, they're not used to that at all
