Mighty good work Tweako. Those DB rows are quite magnificent my friend. Your weight gain is coming on leaps and bounds. You'll be massive - in a good way - in no time.

variety isnt always better, I've learned from Line that more sets with one movement is much better. Keep the amount of movements you do down, and if you want to emphasize one thing such as Rear Delts, then just do more sets of rear raises, dont do a different movement for them.

Legs...shitty session. My lower back is getting worse by the day, so I did only very light sets of Squats. Hell I kept everything very light today just because I didnt wanna strain my back anymore then I really wanted to.

I'm not deadlifting later this week, nor will I be Squatting or Deadlifting next week. I gotta let my back heal.

Here was my shitty session, kept all weight very light and cut out Lunges and substituted Hack Squat for Leg Press.

Squats
135x10
225x10
225x10
^^^ even this shit was bugging my back way too much

Leg Press
200x10
290x10
380x10
470x10
560x10
380x10

Lying Leg Curl
130x10
130x10
130x10
130x10

Quad Angled Leg Press thing? Old School Hack Squat but it didnt put any pressure on my back at all so I gave it a try.
I dont remember the weight, I did 4 sets though.

Stiff Leg Deadlift with EZ Bar
110x10
110x10
110x10
^^^ didnt bug my back too much, but I definetely felt it.

I'm going to be donig Leg Press for a while instead of Hack Squat because its much less strain on my back.

As for lunges, I'll see how well I can handle those next week. I should have tried them today but I was so bummed out about this workout I really didnt give a shit.

Wow I didnt know your back was hurting you that bad. Deffinately let it heal up. And it seems like you go through injuries alot, like you are never 100%. You must fix that in the future! I felt like yelling at you this time.

yea I know, but knock on wood my left shoulder has been hurting more than usual lately too so lets just hope that doesnt progress. Damn bench press jacking my stuff up.

its only been my left wrist and lower right back, so its not much, but lower back is a big one that I've had before and I really think I'm always going to have problems with it.

Bro I'm really sorry to hear about your back. Keep positive man and don't rush it. A back injury is not something you want to be hindered with. Just take your time and keep eating man. We all wish you well.

Be careful with your back bro, FOOTBALL FAN is going though the same thing right now.

As I told him, I really understand your frustration with it as I was hospitalised for 8 days in March 2005, I could not walk or anything so it is a long slow process. But with good rest and physio you can come back bigger and better. I went from not being able to walk nearly 17 months ago to squating 500lbs.
Good luck mate, keep your chin up.:weightlifter:
