Its hard not to notice that you´r a Dorian fan : ) I agree with you though, he was a brilliant bodybuilder, and his film is one of the best motivational ones so far.

Yeh I guess I do give it away a little :greddy:
I also like Arnold just as much if not more. Arnold was my inspiration just like thousands of other people out there, Arnold made me catch the Bodybuilding bug! But Arnold's training approach doesn't work for me (high volume) so i follow Dorian's religiously and I get a lot out of it. And yeh blood and guts is the best motivational videos :D

Tonight's session was Back and rear Delts...

Back-

Wide grip pull-ups:
BW X 12 reps
BW X 8 reps
10kg X 4 + 4 negative reps

Barbell rows:
70kg X 12 reps
100kg X 5 reps + 1 rest/pause X 1 rep

Close-grip seated pulley row:
60kg X 12 reps
90kg X 7 + 2 forced reps

Deadlifts:
60kg X 12 reps
100kg X 12 reps
140kg X 8 reps
180kg X 5 reps- This was hard :ugh:

Rear Delts-

Bent over lateral raises:
20lb X 12 reps
40lb X 8 reps

And that was it, pretty hard workout today due to the heat. It was 26°C today in England. Now that's hot for me, not used to it at all! It's like this all week as well :uhoh2:

Next workouts tommorow and it's Delts, Traps and Triceps. Looking forward to it :methman:

Thanks bro, thats an awesome compliment! However i consider my back a weak point and therefore am blasting it now to bring it up so it's one of my best body parts.

Thanks as always BB :D Yeh those deads were pretty hard yesterday because my back was nackered from all the previous exercises. I did my deads Dorian style. The bar was on the rack and i took it off and loweref the bar down to my shins, prefer it that way because it takes my glutes and legs out of the movement a little. :tiphat:

Ok, tonights session was Delts, Traps and Triceps, it was a pretty good workout.

Delts-

Standing behind the neck press:
20kg X 15 reps (warm up)
40kg X 12 reps (warm up)
60kg X 6 reps + 2 forced reps and 1 rest/pause X 1 rep

Seated lateral raises:
9kg X 15 reps (warm up)
15kg X 8 reps + 3 forced reps + 4 partial reps

Upright row (medium grip):
20kg X 15 reps (warm up)
45kg X 10 reps + 2 partial reps

Traps-

Hammer shrugs:
90kg X 12 reps (warm up)
180kg X 10 reps

Triceps-

Tricep pressdown:
25kg X 12 reps (warm up)
50kg X 7 reps + drop set to 30kg X 6 reps

Dips:
BW X 12 reps
36kg X 7 reps

Incline barbell extentions:
30kg X 12 reps
45kg X 11 + 1 forced rep

And that was it, it was hard training traps because they are hurting me a lot due to the deadlifting yesterday :ugh:

Next workouts Thursday and it's leg day!! So i'm already fired up for that :ihavesandinmyvagina

Philosopher- Thanks for checking in mate :xyxthumbs:

mexiFRO- Thanks for checking in mate, yeh it does feel like it's working, it's nice to have somebody notice it as well :gaygay:

EF- Thanks for checking in buddy, those BNP did feel easier than normal, should be doing 10 reps soon with that!

Bulkboy- Thanks as always bro :D Those shrugs were pretty easy man, it's on the hammer shrug machine so the leverage makes it a bit easier. If you did it, you'd be using 200kg man.
