Not really had an appetite but ive tried my best so i don't think we'll be seeing anything heavy heavy. But think i'm just going to push past it because i need to catch up to you man :xyxthumbs:

ahaha:49: that is the attitude bro, just be alittle careful, dont wanna c u get injured by pushing to exhaustion when ure down with the flu. remember tons of vitamin c and maybe hit the sauna and drink a ton of water, that always helps me get rid of it pretty fast:tiphat: btw lance how much do u weigh now since u started bulking?

It's not the flu, it's just a cold but it has nearly gone so i think i'm ready to go for it. Ive not checked my weight this week but last week it was around 13st 7 lbs. I'm trying to stay as lean as i can this offseason because i don't want to spend ages dieting away that fat. Obv some fat is expected but i'll keep a level on it. And hey, let's not forget that im going to the states soon and i'll be eating a lot lol :methman:

When i started by bulk i was about 13st 3 or something maybe a bit less. Yeh i'm gnna meausre my waist too to check, but mostly it's the mirror every week or so.

Yeh man, it's gonna be top. The fucking rides are just awesome. The peoples are great too. Yeh super super sized mcdonalds and everything else that is compared to what i get in England. I don't know if i'll be able to cope in the eat tho bro, thats gnna prolly be the worst thing, it's boiling in August and me and the heat dnt go together too gd lol i get very nasty and moody :ugh:

Not been to the gym Monday and Tuesday because i came down with a cold over the weekend and it dragged on until yesterday or so. So tonight was first session back and it was a good one. Did Quads and Hams.

Quads-
Leg extension-

15kg/15 reps WU
31kg/12 reps WU
55.5kg/9 reps +1 forced reps

Leg press-100kg/15 reps WU
150kg/12 reps WU
260kg/8 reps +1 R/P/2 +1 forced rep

Hack squat-50kg/12 reps WU
110kg/7 reps +1 forced reps

Hams-
Lying leg curl-

Go weights lance. Liek those forced reps on legs. Have you ever tried walking lunges imo there the best for leg development for me. Just wondering.

Thanks, no ive never tried them, ive heard promising things from them though. I mean look at the legs of Ronnie and Jay, they both do lunges and look at their legs :ughnoes: I'm sure sooner or later i'll give them a try though.
