Hey thanks man. yeh they are a killer esp with my reps higher, feel the burn more. they were hurting me all week-end lol

damn, awesome session lance!:D the leg extensions are great, and so are those leg presses u followed up with! those hacks are far from shabby either. where are the stiffies for hams though?;D

Thanks pal, took this workout a lil easy because im only just gone back to offseason so didnt wanna incur an injury or anything. I couldnt do them stiffs man, because there were people using the barbells, my gym was packed that night :angrydude: they'll be there next workout though i assure you :xyxthumbs:

Incline db presses

75lb/11 reps + 2 forced reps

Flat bench flyes
30lb/12 reps WU
60lb/10 reps

Dumbell pullovers
40lb/12 reps WU
60lb/10 reps

Biceps-
Olympic barbell curls
20kg/12 reps WU
50kg/6 reps + 4 cheat reps

Concentration curls
20lb/12 reps WU
50lb/5 reps

Hammer curls

Tonights workout was Back, Rear delts and Abs

Back- I fancied doing chins today and see how they'd feel on my back. before i went onto chins, i did two warm up sets on the lat pulldown with a wide grip. 60kg/15 reps
Wide-grip chins
BW/10
BW/8
i also did one set of close-grip chins and did 12 reps

Barbell rows
60kg/12 reps WU
90kg/8 reps

Seated cable rows (close grip)
45kg/12 reps WU
82.5kg/12 reps

Deadlifts
60kg/12 reps WU
100kg/12 reps WU
140kg/8 reps-been concentrating on technique

Rear delts-
Bent-over db lateral raises
30lb/11 reps

Abs-
Cable crunches
50lb/20 reps WU
90lb/12 reps

Revearse Crunches
BW/15
BW/12-damn, these are hard, and they murder your lower abs!!

End of the workout. tomoz is delts, traps and triceps so looking forward to that!

Yeh man, the shrugs sound like a hell of a lot but the machine helps in a way :gaygay:
