I'M BACK!

lol bulky. Didn't really want to put these workouts up because there not good. due to my vacation... I'll start with Back and rear Delts, trained early in the morning which i hate but had to because it was bank holiday. had no energy at all. In these workouts I didn't put the intensity of HIT into them because it is my first week back and i just need to break into them slowly.

Weighted chins-
BW X 11 reps WU
BW X 9 reps
10kg X 5 reps
This exercise gave me a huge pump in my upper lats.

Barbell row-
60kg X 15 reps WU
100kg X 6 reps

Seated row-
45kg X 12 reps WU
90kg X 8 + 2 forced reps

Deadlifts-
60kg X 12 reps WU
100kg X 12 reps WU
160kg X 6 reps- Had no strength and my grip went.

Rear Delts-
Bent over lateral raises-
15.8kg X 12 reps

Long time since I´ve been in here, my apologies.

seriously great work lance, i think ur sessions look as good as ever, doesent look like u lost much strenght at all, the deads at the end of that back session are astonishing, awesome, barbell rows look great, same with the chins. as for the delt session, that was a killer, as usual great presses behind the neck, and solid tricep work too:)

great to have u back bro, cant wait for some legs today:D

Bulkboy- Thanks for the great comments mate. As far as legs today, i don't think i'll be doing them because i think i'm a lil overtrained and pushed the previous workouts too much. I can barely lift my arms up! So im going to do a couple of exercises with my chest and biceps workout tommorow, only a light workout though.

29/08/08-Friday, Time-6:00pm

CHEST

Flat dumbbell press-
22.6kg X 15 reps WU
31.7kg X 12 reps WU
43kg X 6 reps :ugh:

Incline dumbbell press-
13.6kg X 12 reps WU
34kg X 6 reps

Flat dumbbell flyes-
15.8kg X 12 reps WU
24.9kg X 9 reps

BICEPS

Olympic barbell curl-
20kg X 12 reps WU
50kg X 3 reps and 3 partials

Concentration Curls-
20kg X 10 reps

And that was it, only took 34 minutes because i didn't have a training partner. I really didn't feel ok in the gym because i had eaten too much before the gym. from when i woke up at 11:00am i eat every hour and a half or so until i left for the gym so i felt like :ugh: and nearly threw up a couple of times. Because of my holiday i have lost quite a bit of strength and it's really pissing me off because i'm struggling with weights that i was doing an easy set of 10 reps. Next week should be better having had the "break" in week should i say :ranter:

Next workout will be Back and rear Delts. :tiphat:

great workout although not your at your normal standard. Next week will be a lot better im sure, we all get a little lazy on our holidays :)
