great workout although not your at your normal standard. Next week will be a lot better im sure, we all get a little lazy on our holidays :)

Thanks mate, yeh i know in a couple of weeks i should be up to normal levels again, once ive got all food in my system and training.

nice workout bro:2: ur flat db presses are looking strong:) and so is the bicep work, dont worry ur strenght will come back soon enough:D if uve been there before its no problem getting back up there, just give it some time to get into the routine of training and eating:D

Well i havent done any last week or today because its my first week back from my vacation and need to get my body adjusted to training to failure before i go all out, I train by instinct. I will be adding intensity techniques into my training as of tommorows workout.
