Natzo- Thanks man, well ive done 200kg for 6 reps before but that was when i was carrying extra weight around so it made it easier to toss weights around but now im leaner its harder so im building it back up again :)

dayum, sick back session lance!:2: strong rows and chins. and deads look fantastic. uve gained some strenght back there. impressive the amount of weight ure able to pull at the end of a brutal back session.

btw, u do deads from the floor now, or are u still pulling from ur knees?

Bulkboy- Thanks pal :D Yeh the strength is coming back which im pleased with. Im doing the deads from the rack which means i'll lower the bar just to the middle of my shins. i dont really bend my knees that much, its similar to how Dorian does his in blood and guts :tiphat:
