you have had some amazing sessions lately lance, that leg session is off the hook! 14 reps with 130 kg squats. thats awesome! how deep do u go on squats? paralell or ATG? hacks looks good too, and solid extensions:2: chest session is no joke either, solid 100 kg bench pressing, nice inclines and crazy flyes:D i dont get the pullovers though, just never felt they worked for my chest, feel it more in my lats. anyways great work bro:)

Thanks for the comliments buddy :xyxthumbs: On squats I go just past paralell. I do the pullovers because I feel it works my chest at the top of the movement where i squeeze it, it works my serratus as well and my lats, so i do it for an all rounder realy. :2:

No problem Tony, Thanks fella :2: I'm not dieting down anymore. Them pics are from a couple of months ago when i was. my condidtion hasn't changed much though, just going through a clean bulk. Can't really decide what pic to be up so I keep changing it lol
