LOL Hey guys, haven't been at the gym this week because ive got too much on with uni and everything, not been able to eat that much as well so its been a bad week so i might as well take tommorow night off as well, but we'll see about how i feel tommorow. If i don't go tommorow then they'll be some brutal sessions as usual posted up from monday!! Thanks guys! :xyxthumbs:

Epic work on those HS Pulldowns Lance, 130kg is massive. 60kg for BTN Presses is pretty huge too.

too bad about all the stuff going on preventing u from training, but hey, some time off doesent hurt, im guessing with the intensity u train ur body might need it. rest up and take care of that school work, and dont forget eating shitloads, u dont wanna loose muscle:S looking forward to u hitting it hard again next week bro:D

Bulkboy- Yeh man, it's pissed me off because its my induction week at uni and its the first week so theres lots of shit to do and we havent had tht much break so i havent been eating much. that will change at week end though :D ill eat a lot of carbs because on monday, its LEG DAY!! And also its because ive been having early starts there and silly me havent been going to bed early enough, i need at least 9-10 hours of sleep each night, and ive only been having 5-6!

Well, ive been training proper HIT, Dorian Yates style for about a year or so now and it's great. A lot of strength gains and size since then too so it is going good, and i can get the job done in one set rather than more. I just dont get why people do endless sets and sets when one set does the muscle building job. Even doing one set taps into your body's recovery abilty so imagine what 5 would do or more per exercise. :ughnoes:

Those calf raises are looking sick man! How are your calfs responding to heavy calf raises? I just started hitting them heavy starting in the summer, but I feel like they're already growing. And do you usually just do one working set?

My calves are coming on, I have weak calves, there not skinny, but just not shapely and kinda blocky :( Yeh man I do one working set and there fucking killing me now!! I can't really straighten my legs, It's all good pain though lol
