that leg session the other day was something to write home about lance:) amazing squats right there, repping 140 kg like paper, thats the way to go. solid leg ext and sldls too. not to mention the hacks.

todays session was awesome too! impressive btn pressing, side laterals, and upright rows are strong as hell. solid tricep work too. extensions and pushdowns both look great:)

by the way.... you do those bnp's in the simth machine?

cause every time I try to do those with a olympic bar ( free weight ) I get the feeling I'm gonna hurt myself..:ughnoes::angrydude:

O yeh bro i'll keep it up until ive got a few sandows :carduindisguise

No I do that BNP's on the olympic bar and I love them, there one of my fav exercises. You should be ok if you start off light and then build up and try and keep your legs shoulder width apart, that helps my balance out. Where you been anyway?

I am very organised and always take the time to prepare everything and anything regarding my training/nutrition. Cant afford to have faulty days now can we :keke:

I didn't do deads because the rack was full of dick heads so i did hyperextenstions with a weighted bar but didnt note it because its not really part of my workout.

Yeh i'll be increasing the BNP's next week to 60kg as usual, thought id go lighter this week and try and get more reps out.
