it's good to see that after some time I've been absent you keep the good heavy HIT training! good job!
by the way.... you do those bnp's in the simth machine?
cause every time I try to do those with a olympic bar ( free weight ) I get the feeling I'm gonna hurt myself..:angrydude:

incredible back session, those hammer pulldowns are somethign! awesome weight for shitload of reps there. barbell rows looks good, and same with the dbel rows! no deadlifts this week?
shoulder session looked awesome too, pumping out 55 kg like nothing on the btn press, time to icrease that next weekvery solid shrugs and tricep extensions too. keep working bro, ure gonna go far in this sport i am sure
