1. Awesome session. Everything is looking solid and progressively stronger. What else could you ask for!?

2. I'm insanely jealous your gym has a hammer strength press. Those machines are awesome. (nice weight on it btw!)

3. Does HIT call for all those drop sets? Or is it the kind of thing where its recomended to do it every so often? Or do you just love doing that? Or a mixture of both? lol

Great recent Workout session bro! strong benching at 110kg,
i enjoy the incline db curls aswel, the burn ya get from each set its freaken awesome :hyperguy:

Thanks alot Dryden! Yeh man the burn off those inclines is unreal, there a great exercise for adding the mass and peak to your bi's

also flat db flyes right after those presses definitely give ya a good stretch i bet man.
hammer strength presses too, looking strong, 20more kgs? daaamn son lol, keep up the hard work.

incredible workout lance, and wow ur bench has increased! 110 kg for 4, solid stuff bro, and that hammer strenght press looks awesome as well man, is that more for upper chest?

Thanks as alsways BB. The seated hammer strength presses are for your middle and lower pecs more. It hits the lower pecs more though, just like the decline bench press does do.

Yeh the hammer strength press is my favourite exercise machine in the gym along with the hammer pulldown machine i have there.

HIT training calls for the least amount of sets done in the gym. And also recommend going past failure most of the time in the gym. So for me, it's a mixture of me needing to do that and also because i love going past failure pretty much all the time, it just do happens to be that because i dont have a training partner, i have to do drop sets or rest/pause instead of my favourite technique which is forced reps.

WOW! killer session bro, those behind the neck presses are getting stronger every week it seems, 60 kg for 8, now thats good stuff m8:2: upright rows are strong, shrugs are strong, and holy crap that tricep work is astonishing, pressdowns are great, and those dips are fucking sick! 20 pounds and same amount of reps in a week, now thats what im talking about!:D
