I'm Back

Since Uni is out the way now I am back like I said I would be. Ive changed my training now aswell. I'm doing FB routines and it's hard as hell on my cardiovascualr system. I first did it on Monday. The workout looks like this...

Behind neck press
Squats
Chin-ups
Bench press
Parallel dips
Barbell curl
Standing calf raises
Decline bench crunches

1 warm-up set and 2 working sets. I'm currently trying to take the working sets not to failure but I don't no if I can resist the temptation, I'm so used to going full out so I can't budge the bar an inch.

Workout days are; Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The time it takes me to complete it is about 45 mins-1hour.

Every other workout I'll swap the Squats with Deadlifts. I am thinking of completley cutting my arm workout out because since I don't really need my arms to get bigger, whats the point? And my bi's will be workout hard in the chin-up 3 times per week and so will the tri's in the 2 pressing exercises.

The routines good, it's really hard though on your cardio system but what the heck it's all a plus anyways.

Ok, my fist log post in a while. As some people know, ive been thinking of doing FB routine and I have been for about a week and abit now. So heres the first session. I'm still breaking into to the FB routine so I had to lower the weights and take it easy for abit. This workout is only one set but from Monday onwards i'll be doing 2 working sets.

Squats (ATG)
60kg X 12 W
110kg X 10

Chin-ups- *Warm up before on pulldown
BW X 8

Flat barbell presses-
60kg X 12 W
100kg X 8

Behind neck press-
20kg X 12 W
50kg X 10

Barbell shrugs-
60kg X 10 W
110X 10

Standing Calf raises-
150lb X 12 W
300lb X 10

Lying tricep extension-
20kg X 12 W
40kg X 8

Barbell curl-
20kg X 12 W
40kg X 10

Decline Crunches
BW X 20
BW X 20

Easy workout really. Later on I'll post my routine I'll be doing.

good to see ur back at it lance. session looks good for an easy one. nice squats for reps. 10 rep atg squats= puke lol:D chins and benches looks solid as well. keep updating bro:) oh and u should have that avatar with u and phil up man. its awesome:2: those bis are killer, even next to phil haha:D

This is my workout program. 1-2 warm-up sets, 2 working sets. I'm not doing any intensity techniques either, just to failure.

Squats
Barbell row
Flat barbell press
Behind the neck press
Barbell shrugs
Standing calf raises
Lying tricep extension
Barbell curl
Decline crunches

Workout B
Deadlifts (from floor)
Chin ups
Flat barbell press
Behind neck press
Upright row

Mate that is an insane amount of exercises there, I hope the volume isn't too much.

Edit: nvm, I forgot you were doing low volume. Good luck with it. :thumbsup2:

^^ Ive edited the post now. Theres no way I could do any more than 3 sets max on those exercises. 2 sets is still gonna be ruff. Hopefully with my diet i'll recover.

program looks solid man. only thing id consider is maybe getting in some incline presses as well in either u A or B workout. now lets see some more sessions lance!:D
