great session bro! solid amount of pullups for ur bodyweight, bb rows are strong too and finishing with some awesome deads. loving the pbn too. that is some heavy weight for reps on that movement. keep trucking buddy, ur doing awesome:2:

@Bulkboy: Thanks man, whilst I was doing the presses felt my shoulder twinge a little but it went ok after that. My goal is to get to 80kg for about 8 reps in that movement.

also, what do u weigh atm mate?:)

Thanks Bulky! Was abit pissed off at my session because I couldn't go to failure on the pressing exercises because there was noone to give me a look over so therefore I had to stop short of about 2 reps. My BB curl strength is going up and up, im just piling on the weight lol oh and my form is always immaculate and then I will start bringing my back into the movement with cheat curls. I'll probably lower back to 60k next week and get more reps but we'll see how i feel :p Morning weight is just over 15 and a half stone so a tad over 100kg :D
