Incline BB Press:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 (warmup)
275 x 6 (warmup)
315 x 10 (last one was hard, I started cramping and fatiguing )
Flat DB Press:
140s x 11 (forced last rep)
Incline Hammer Strength:
4 plates/side x 11
Flat Machine Press:
300 x 13
Did 4 sets for tris (overhead french press and cable press downs) and abs. I was dehydrated today, so my endurance sucked ass. Did really low volume and felt great. Not to mention I got out in a little over 30 mins.
