Chest:

Incline BB Press:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 (warmup)
275 x 6 (warmup)
315 x 10 (last one was hard, I started cramping and fatiguing :tear:)

Flat DB Press:
140s x 11 (forced last rep)

Incline Hammer Strength:
4 plates/side x 11

Flat Machine Press:
300 x 13

Did 4 sets for tris (overhead french press and cable press downs) and abs. I was dehydrated today, so my endurance sucked ass. Did really low volume and felt great. Not to mention I got out in a little over 30 mins.

Nice workout Braaq. Dehydrated..? I think I had the same problem last week since its around 30 degree celcius and the airco died at the gym which made it only warmer inside.

Duality and I have not trained together in a while, he is going in at 4:30pm whereas I go at 7:30pm... We will try to figure something out soon. :tiphat:

Good job with the 6 plates. ALso you could do 5 on there and put a dumbell on top of the plates and have someone hold it while you row. Not sure how well it works but could help.
