4 PLATES!!! 4 PLATES!!! braaq, ure fucking off the hook man:2: im extremely impressed. this kind of strenght, and almost a natty too, uve done 1 cycle and ur only taking a prohormone and throwing up bigger numbers then 90% of the big time juicers i know off:D when i finish riding out the strenght gains from my current split ill be turning to you for some advices on my training. looks like ur low volume approach is working extremely well for you, atleast in terms of strenght, but i believe strenght and mass go hand in hand for the most part anyway. awesome job bro, and keep posting ur sessions, its inspiering to say the least:)

Good weights Braaq. For some reason I always look at your log 2 minsutes after you posted the workout :keke: Just curious do you like doing underhand rows? Personally I think they feel weird and dont feel it working the muscles. I do like doing underhand rows how most people do close grip cable rows. Also isnt 5 plates the max on the hammer strength. If so than you better email hammer strength and tell them to step up their game. Big weights man :xyxthumbs:

Nice back session. I wish I had some hammer-strength row machines in my gym, they are so sweet.

Haven't hit legs yet, going to do it tomorrow afternoon. I am recovering from a crazy night mixed with a lot of alcohol because of a damn girl. That and I am super low on sleep and food, so I am trying to rest as much as possible and get in enough food. Hopefully I will have a good session for yall tomorrow :tiphat:

Legs:

Squats:
135 x 10 (warm up)
225 x 10 (warm up)
315 x 10 (warm up)
405 x 10 (warm up)
495 x 6 (warm up)
600 x 1 PB
(I held back today to get 600 up, and yess I put the little weights on the side to make it 600 ;). I didn't have a spotter or a power rack :tear: but I feel happy about today. 495 was exceptionally easy today and with 600 I feel the hardest part was walking it back because it was bouncing not the squat itself)

Hack Squats:
8 plates x 13
10 plates x 10

Leg Extensions:
255 x 12 (warm up)
285 x 15
300 x 12

Lying Leg Curls:
170 x 15 (warm up)
200 x 10
200 x 10
200 x 10

Sitting Leg Curl:
150 x 15
150 x 15
150 x 15 :)tear: this is all it had)

Did some calves and left. I was happy with my performance today. I only had two meals in me and I normally do not train during the day... but my performance was top notch so this made my day :xyxthumbs:
