holy crap, those are some sick ass barbell rows bro:D how do u perform those, im not accusing u of having bad form, but i know of alot of guys at my gym who tend to stand almost upright when the weight gets heavy. do u prefer bending over almost flat or do u keep it at a different angle?

Yeah I see that too... too much actually. I keep myself bent over to hit my lats, not my traps like those that stand up so much. But I do not bend over completely flat, I would say close to a 45 degree angle. :xyxthumbs:

i like to switch it up sometimes, go heavy at like 45 degree angle, then light going almost flat to really hit the lats

Legs:

Squats:
135 x 12 (warmup)
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 20 (warmup)
405 x 15
405 x 13
I will do 500 next week, with no spotter and just getting back into it.. I though it would be smart to hold back for a week.

Leg Extensions:
255 x 15 (the last 5 I did static holds at the top and lowered the weight slowly)
285 x 13 (same as above)

Lying Leg Curls:

170 x 15 (warmup)
200 x 12
200 x 12
200 x 10 (did slow negatives on each rep)

Single Leg Curls:
80 x 12
90 x 9

Did some calves and left, not bad for my first leg day back after my week off. I had only an hour to get this all done and I did it in 45mins. If I didn't have to work tonight I would have done more exercises.

For the summer I am working as a bouncer at night while still working my normal job during the day.

Deads and Shoulders: (New Combo :hmmm:)

Deadlifts (no straps):
135 x 8 (warmup)
225 x 6 (warmup)
315 x 6 (warmup)
405 x 6 (warmup)
500 x 5
600 x 1
(Next time I am going to do less with 500, so I can move up and do 650. I think I exhausted my CNS with my 500 set. I got 600 up pretty easily, but I could tell I was fatigued as well)

Hammer-Strength Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press:
1 plate/side x 10 (warmup)
2 plates/side x 10 (warmup)
3 plates/side x 15 (warmup)
4 plates/side x 12
4 plates/side x 10

DB side laterals:
50s x 12 (warmup)
65s x 12
60s x 15
65s x 12, drop 50s x 10

DB rear laterals:
40s x 15 (warmup)
50s x 12
50s x 12

did some calves at the end.
