and on the other someone of equal weight

Ok back to this log and back to training after a one week break. I needed it after my Havoc cycle because all my joints were hurting from the weights I have been lifting. :49:
First day back I trained chest and did some tri's as well with some calves and abs. Felt great!!


Chest:

Incline BB Press:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 8 - 275 x 6 (warmup)
315 x 12
365 x 6

Flat BB Press:
315 x 10
315 x 11

Incline Hammer Strength:
5 plates/side x 8
5 plates/side x 9

Did some tris... nothing special ;) just some overhead french presses, straight bar cable presses, and rope extensions.. 6 sets total. :xyxthumbs:All in all I was very pleased with my strength maintained since I have not trained chest in over a week. Looking like the gains from Havoc thus far are being kept

I have gotten the most noticeable gains in my chest since I just started doing three pressing movements with 2 heavy working sets. Plus, getting out of the gym fast is always a plus too :xyxthumbs:

haha u'r sick bro, 315 inc. bench for reps at last set, thats more than 65% of the people in regular gyms deadlift :49:

that was a great chest day and very efficient, we finished it in less than an hour. though i'm a little perturbed that my leg and back strength is improving so much and my chest strength seems to be at a stand still, though it does seem to be getting bigger so whatever i guess lol. blake looked rather dry and large on top of his usual strength.

I have done that once before, only for one rep though. That was almost three years ago though.
