Awesome Chest Day if I do say so myself, I am definitely noticing a difference with the Havoc. It is my second day with taking 5 pills a day. I also weighed in at exactly 240lbs with the same bf as before and still dry from my diet :xyxthumbs:

Thanks bro :2:, well BB's are harder on my shoulders and I like the range of motion and feeling of DB's more. I throw in BB every once in a while to keep things well rounded and to change things up.
