Great last couple of sessions. Those unilateral leg presses are incredible especially for that late in the session.
For not training shoulders hard for a month, those numbers are impressive. Awesome session.
Don't behind the neck bb press give you any problems? I can't do those as my shoulders hurt too much doing them.

Nice inclines bro and whole session looks strong.So when you do incline bb presses ,db flats follow and next session would be opposite as db inclines first and flat bb after..?
Sounds good.I would do it also if my gym had bigger DBs.I do not have any set order of exercises, I just go by how I feel and try to change it up every week. I do try to mix BB's and DB's though.

Incline BB Press:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 13 (warmup, thought I did 12 but Duality said it was 13 )
275 x 6 (warmup)
315 x 10
315 x 9
Flat DB Press:
140s x 12
150s x 8 :angrydude: I got stuck halfway up on the 9th rep
Incline Iso-Lateral Hammer Strength:
205lbs/side x 8
205lbs/side x 9 (last was a forced rep)
(205lbs is equivalent to 4 45lb plates plus a 25lb plate per side)
Slight Incline DB Flies:
80s x 12
90s x 8
Nothing special today, felt good considering I felt like my shoulder was a bit tweaked coming into the session so overall I was happy.
