can someone please tell braaq that having to study for a test tomorrow morning is no excuse to miss legs on friday evening. i told him he only needs like 5 hours of sleep but he took aderall and now is gonna be wired all night. just take a green tea, clen, and ephedra cocktail before our workout, you'll squalt 500 for 10 for sure.

Started my Havoc today from TSNnutrition, I liked the feel of it so far. I will keep you guys posted about the gains I make from it daily if possible :tiphat:

9 35lb plates x 11 (accidentally used Duality's shitty close grip :angrydude:)

Reverse Grip Bent Over BB Rows:
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 10
315 x 9

Hammer-Strength Iso-Lateral Pulldown:
100lbs/side x 12
110lbs/side x 11

Just finished with some rope pullovers and some abs.. nothing too special today
