Wide-Grip Pull Downs:
180 x 15 (warmup)
240 x 15
270 x 10

Reverse Grip Bent Over BB Rows:
135 x 12 (warmup)
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 10
315 x 10 (felt to heavy today to move up :dunnodude:)

Single Arm T-Bar Rows: (weight does not include the bar, so add about 15-20 more lbs)
140 x 10
175 x 8

Close Grip Cable Pulley:
280 x 15
290 x 13
300 x 12 (stack, love this grip we use it hits the lats perfectly)

LifeFitness Machine Row Overhand Wide Grip: (went really slow and squeezed every rep)
165 x 12
175 x 10
175 x 11

BB Shrugs:
315 x 20
405 x 15
495 x 9
405 x 15

Did calves and abs afterwards, overall good workout, needed a week off deads.

Shit, you're always going heavy and strong.

How do you cycle your training? Light days/weeks when you feel so or what?

Keep up the pace and post some pictures when/if you feel so... someday... maybe... :D
