Incline Hammer strength Iso Lateral Press:

4 plates/side x 9 (didn't rest much for the prior set so I died out fast)

Sarcoplasmic Hypertrophy Pump Cable Flies (compliments of the Pro Creator Hany Rambod):
7 sets of cable flies with 65lbs/side x 12-15 reps

That and 315 felt heavy :disgust:, I compare myself to my usual or best and if I cannot match it or surpass it then I feel I have failed.

u r a strong dude man no one could debate that bro. That workout is nothing to be unpleased w, but at the same time i do understand lifting more or the same each session. I would of stopped at the hammer strength bro, but you played the flat exactly how i would of. You really take a dorian yates style t training, at least some what, and it works WELL no doubt. i actually j changes over and i love it so far!

Mabye i will catch up with you here in a few weeks bro! :e5dunno:

JK, I think that everyone in here would more than happy for that session. Thats true that it wasnt ur best but I dont think that word shitty describe that session.

And u got great color on ur session headers.. :spy:

dont sweat the flat bench, u did some serious weight on the incline first, so no wonder u were fatigued and 315 for reps is damn good anyway.

maybe ur warmups are a bit extensive, i mean u did 120s for 10, i figure thats more of a working set when u only jumped 20 pound on each db for the next sets, maybe stop at the 100s for like 6-8 so u dont fatigue urself that much, just a thought:tiphat:

ull get a new chance next week bro, and i do not doubt u will come back with a vengeance as always:2:

I know exactly what you mean. But it's always good to take a step back and realise you don't have to better yourself each and every session in every exercise cos it's not always possible - despite your monsterous strength suggesting otherwise.

495 x 8 :weightlifter:, should have tried for ten :disgust:

Leg Press:
14 plates x 20
18 plates x 15
22 plates x 13

Smith Lunges:
225 x 10 per leg
315 x 10 per leg
315 x 10 per leg

Sitting Leg Curl:
100 x 15
140 x 15
140 x 13

Lying Leg Curl:
185 x 12
175 x 11
170 x 10

I was happy with my quads for sure, I see me squatting 495 for 10 next week and within a month or two repping 550. My goal for the end of the summer is to rep 550 or 600 for one. Just taking it slow :xyxthumbs:

I trained on Sat, did some arms and little bit of shoulders.. have finals this week so training will commence Friday evening with another brutal leg session. Also, I will be starting Havoc as well compliments of TSNnutrition and will keep you guys posted on my strength and size gains. :xyxthumbs:
