Chest Day:

Incline DB Press:
90s x 10 (warmup)
100s x 10 (warmup)
120s x 8 (warmup)
140s x 10
150s x 6 (my hand was to far on one side of the grip on the DB on my right side so the whole press had my wrist cocked to the in an angle, very awkward and painful which lead to a crappy set)

Flat DB Press:
130s x 11
130s x 11

Incline Hammer Strength Press:
4 plates/side x 10
4 plates/side x 10

Cable Flies:
65lbs/side x 7 sets
(Only rest was Duality's set)

Did some calves at the end.

The traditional close grip is the handle generally used for T-Bar rows, I like to use the V-grip handle that comes out a bit more and allows for a better contraction and less bicep intervention. :tiphat:

their much easier to do than BB presses.

congrats on those 150s, sucks bout the arm
same thing happened to me last session, plus the benches
arent meant for people with wide upper backs i guess
each shoulder was sticking out like an inch

150s will soon be a warm up for you
gonna be hitting them 200s soon man :D

holy shit your inclines are insane! i think 120 DB is the highest at my gym goodness! I like that back work out you did are your deads stiff legs or regular?

To answer your question, I only do regular deads on back day and will throw in stiff legs on leg day occasionally depending on how my lower back feels. :tiphat:

225 x 15 (warmup)
315 x 12 (warmup)
405 x 15
495 x 4 (I could tell on my 405 set that my lower back was going to be a problem, the weight was easy on the squat but my lower back was still fatigued from deads earlier in the week and I felt the weight pulling me forward. I'll get my set of ten next week for sure :xyxthumbs:)

Hack Squats:
6 plates x 15
8 plates x 12
10 plates x 10

Single-Leg Leg Press:

6 plates x 20
8 plates x 15
10 plates x 15

Sitting Leg Curl:

100lbs x 15
150lbs x 15
175lbs x 12
175lbs x 12

Lying Leg Curls:

Behind the Neck BB Press:

135 x 15 (warmup)
185 x 12 (warmup)

Military DB Press:
120s x 8

DB Upright Rows:
80s x 10
80s x 10

DB Side Laterals:
4 sets of 60lbs x 10-15 reps (don't remember which set had which reps but I did vary from 10-15)

Reverse Pec Deck:
275 x 12
285 x 10
285 x 10

Did some arms but don't feel like posting all my secrets ;) that and I am lazy :tiphat:

Don't behind the neck bb press give you any problems? I can't do those as my shoulders hurt too much doing them.
