Who said I am the strongest on here? I didn't :dunnodude:, you have not been lifting long and your other lifts are not near anything high enough for anyone to believe you.

Besides, I am not on anything :coolguy: and haven't been for over 4 years so I do not expect to be the strongest on Mecca.

if you haven't been training over 4 years, why does your little stats screen say 7 ? :dunnodude:

plus you know that my chest is my total weakness, im happy to bench 2 plates a side now.. i squat 405 for 7-8-9 reps depends on my knee, i deadlift 315 for 10-12 without touching floor.. so whats the problem with 585 for 2-3 reps ? im currently at 282lbs bw and i do deadlift 585 for some reps.. if you don't believe me you can holla at my gym the next time you are close to was. d.c. ;)

I have been training for over 7 years now, I have not taken anything (steroids) in over 4.
I do not doubt that one day you can deadlift 585, I am just saying it is not in the cards yet. Have you actually done 585? Just because you can squat 405 for a few and dead 315 for 10-12 reps in NO way means you can dead 585 for 2-3.
Like I said, maybe one day you can and will. I am not doubting your potential to do so. I am doubting you can do it now, but I know you have a camera since you have taped your leg presses. Put a video up and I will happily reject my statement that I do not think you can deadlift even 455lbs let alone anything over 500.

and sorry i dont have a camera anymore, i lost my casio z600 cupple weeks before christmas, i bought a new one (casio s880) but the picture quality was so bad that i sold it on ebay 2-3 weeks after i bought it... its time to get a new one but currently i dont have one

When you are known for your stories or lying why would we believe such an outrageous claim? Like I said, I think you have the potential to dad 585lbs from the floor. But I do not believe you can do that now. Maybe 495, but not 585.. it just does not seem probable after looking at your log.

and why "outrageous claim" i even do 405 for 8-10 without touching floor, i did 500 for 1 after like 6 month of training... im cool with that if you dont believe me... i throw a vid up as soon i get a new camera (prob. around july/august coz there is always a huge sale at micro center plus a lot of overtime at work :) )

I have only gotten 600 for 1 myself. Never tried it again, but Ill work back up there soon. hopefully :ughfingers:

Also, a tip for getting your deads up there. Don't do more reps than 5 or 6 even if you can do it 10-15 times. You will tire yourself out and will not be able to get much for your heaviest set. :tiphat:

True, but that doesn't matter much.. if it does then they will stare more when you rep your heaviest set for much more than you normally could if you did 405 for 10.

deadlifting 315 for 12 does not, at all, translate to pulling 500 for even 1. and you claim 585?:49: at least make the weights and reps translate if your gonna claim some BS. and i've seen your pics your BF has got to be around 20% there, braaq is probably around 8% or so. makes a bbiiiiigggg difference

LEG DAY!! A.K.A. SQUATTIN HEAVEN

Squats:
135 x 10 (warmup)
225 x 10 (warmup)
315 x 10 (warmup)
405 x 15
495 x 5 :weightlifter:
455 x 6 (I was too tired from my previous set to do this for 10, should have stopped at my last set)
I felt great about my squatting today, I could have gotten the 495 set for at least 6 or 7 but I slowed down on my fifth and with that weight I allowed myself to get scared mentally . Wont happen again, just watch in a month or so I will be repping 500 for 10 :D

Hack Squats:
6 plates x 10
10 plates x 10
12 plates x 8 (really, really heavy)

Single Leg Leg Presses:
6 plates x 15
10 plates x 15
12 plates x 12 (this took all I had left in me for quads)

Lying Leg Curls:
180 x 12
200 x 10
205 x 9
210 x 9
200 x 8

Single Leg Curls:
70 x 12
80 x 12
90 x 9

Wow..so strong work and not just squats ,but everything.I have no douts that you will rep out 10 w 500lbs soon..

Thats very strong squatting B! Im sure that it doesnt even take a month when u can make 10x500. That was good workout overall. But u should post some new pics babe..!:D

315lb as a warm up would be most people's last set on squats. Impressive numbers once again. You scare me.

if you keep pushing yourself this hard that 500 for 10 will be a goal that you"ll get in a few weeks
