another solid session turk, the way you keep pounding legs with that pain is just insane.
what exercises does your hip hurt on? maybe you can figure out how to train around the pain? i would think hacks might put stress on it, just a thought.

to be honest w/ u everyone of those quad exercisees hurt.....the front squats, the hack squats and the leg extensions.....so it's hard to really work around it......:e5dunno::disgust:.....thanks king :tiphat:

Incline BB bench

Flat DB Bench

i was pumped about all the PB's from my chest session, i felt like a little kid......haha.........idk what i'm gonna do, probably just start doing them last in the workout so i will wore out a little more....i was really suprised to get 12 myself, i just got amped for the set.....and to add 25lbs on the seated rows i took a 25lb plate and put in on the rack using a pin from a different machine... :xyxthumbs:

i guess i kinda dissappointed u.....i've been using strict form for the bent over rows lately to give my lower back a break and try to focus more on my back......what do u think about it???? i still don't know if i like it :e5dunno:

Biceps: (i was very impressed w/ my bicep workout because of the amount of pain i had in my right elbow.....idk from what but it throbs like a biatch)

BB Curls

Hammer Curls

90 x 9-10 (PB!!!!)

Seated INcline DB Curls
55 x 5
55 x 4

going to get a nice long break and then head into teh gym probably around 9pm....we'll seen :xyxthumbs:

yep yeppp, i was extremly suprised and pumped w/ my DB presses, it was the first time in about 4 months that i did flat/decline db presses :49: :tiphat: thanks bro

amazing arm session bro, hit Pbs throughout the entire workout. Amazing close grip bench, ive prolly only seen 2 or 3 people even regularly bench 315 for as many reps as u hit. Even though ur elbows hurtin, u still curled a hell of alot of weight. Good work as always, hope the elbow feels better bro
