75lbs x 12 (PB!!)
85lbs x 10 (PB!!!)(thought i did 12 but my training partner said 10, so i kinda of got fired up and called out the 100lb DB)

Back and chst workout= awesome, very tiring but those workouts make u look the biggest ur whole body's pumped. Im not gonna sit here and type out every exercise u did amazing with cuz id be here all day,Lets just put it this way ur PBs were unbelievable

yeahhh buddyyy!!!! that was my first time even trying to go that heavy......before taht i just used a plate instead of DB's , so 45lbs was the highest i went...i was really suprised that i made it up to that much weight .....thanks for the support Pickle, appreicate it brother

no probs turkish your log is all about what a man is capable of for me very inspiring stuff to see these big weights being thrown around by a man younger then me. Really makes me want to stop pussy footing around and get back into lifting.
