Damnnnn dude I'm just seeing this log, you're lifting some insane weights!! I haven't read through most of the middle pages, but what are your goals? Have you thought of going for a Natural Pro card? I think it is well within your reach.

I'd also recommend to be careful with the underhand bent over rows. I've seen someone tear a bicep doing rack pulls with 405 underhand, nevermind do rows with that weight hahaha.

I try to go lighter on underhand because of this, it concerns me a bit. Isn't underhand rows the way Yates tore his biceps?

Those DB presses were great. Heavy weight for the 1st 3 sets and then you upped the ante even more!!

hey whats up Ironslave, thanks for stopping by the log i grealty appreciate the support and compliments :tiphat:...........right now my goals are to just make improvements on my physique while at the same time improving everything......(I have my improvement goals under my memeber pictures section, "The Real All Natural Monster Bulking Pics")......i've given the thought of a natural pro of course, my buddy/trainer who was a natural competitor really it's a possibility....thanks again brother well appreicated :xyxthumbs:

I also like the inclusion of the melvin anthony style shrugs, i always feel that the shrug is more effective when done this way. Dammit i'd love you to be in the same gym as me, it would motivate me to get serious about training when i was slacking. Keep it up man (for my sake) :hyperguy:

241 pounds!!!! props to being that big.

Hope you get over this hip thing mate. Ive been there before and its a bugger to put up with it when all you want to do is bust some weights. still a great session despite the pain :)
