Free Weight T-Bar Rows:
7 35lb plates x 15
9 35lb plates x 12 (filled the end up so that was the cap)
Reverse-Grip Bent Over BB Rows:
225 x 12 (warmup)
315 x 10
365 x 8
Hammer Strength IsoLateral Row (like DB rows):
5 plates/side x 10
6 plates/side x 8, drop 5 plates/side x 10
(These were one arm at a time)
DB Shrugs:
130s x 15
150s x 20
150s x 15
We did a few Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Lat Pulls but I didnt feel it so I do not consider it part of the workout.
Did some abs and calves at the end. (also, 20incharmstucson said he could keep up with me weight wise on every back exercise, let it be known that he did not keep up with me on any of the exercises . Sorry bro, I had to throw that in there )
its 20inchGUNStucson biotch. and hey hey hey you only did 1 more 35lb plate than me on the t bar (which i know i could have done 9 plates if you hadnt unracked it so quickly ) and only did a little more weight on that hammer row than i could have done (he did 6 plates/side for 8, i got 12reps on my last set with 5/side) the only thing you kicked my ass on was the barbell rows (275lb for two sets of 11) which i do give you props for cause that was beastly . not saying im stronger than you cause i'm not, but i can hang with the big bad braaq
