Back: (with 20incharmstucson)

Close-Grip Pulldowns:
180 x 15 (warmup)
230 x 12
260 x 10

Free Weight T-Bar Rows:
7 35lb plates x 15
9 35lb plates x 12 (filled the end up so that was the cap)

Reverse-Grip Bent Over BB Rows:
225 x 12 (warmup)
315 x 10
365 x 8

Hammer Strength IsoLateral Row (like DB rows):
5 plates/side x 10
6 plates/side x 8, drop 5 plates/side x 10
(These were one arm at a time)

DB Shrugs:
130s x 15
150s x 20
150s x 15

We did a few Hammer Strength Iso Lateral Lat Pulls but I didnt feel it so I do not consider it part of the workout.
Did some abs and calves at the end. (also, 20incharmstucson said he could keep up with me weight wise on every back exercise, let it be known that he did not keep up with me on any of the exercises :keke:. Sorry bro, I had to throw that in there :49:)


its 20inchGUNStucson biotch. and hey hey hey you only did 1 more 35lb plate than me on the t bar (which i know i could have done 9 plates if you hadnt unracked it so quickly :disgust:) and only did a little more weight on that hammer row than i could have done (he did 6 plates/side for 8, i got 12reps on my last set with 5/side) the only thing you kicked my ass on was the barbell rows (275lb for two sets of 11) which i do give you props for cause that was beastly :xyxthumbs:. not saying im stronger than you cause i'm not, but i can hang with the big bad braaq :linedrunk:

haha yeah.........i might not far as well on chest i must tip my hat :tiphat: i'm no jedi yet. but remember, in about a year i'll be the big one out of the two of us :trickysmiliey:, don't worry tho i'll still be your friend :D

Fn awesome back killer session bro.Just started to do reserve grip bb rows myself..excellent movement and your session contains lot of them..:coolguy:

haha why thanks. he's a great training partner and really always pushes for a little more in something (weights, reps) and i typically can keep up. theres a 5 year age difference between us (i'm younger) so he's sorta the leader until i can outlift him in certain things :disgust:, or at least until i'm bigger than him :xyxthumbs: haha. like i said he's stronger than he looks, and he's pretty big....

those bent over rows are amazing braaq, truly inspiering sessions u got going in here. so how many working sets do u do totally? and those warmups, they are nowhere near failure?

Thanks buddy :2: That is actually the first time I have ever tried over 315 and 365 felt relatively easy.
No, the warmups are nowhere near failure. They are just to get my ready for my heavy sets, I make sure to stay far away from the rep range that will fatigue with my warmup weights in any way.
20inchgunstucson saying he could keep up with me gave me the drive to prove him wrong I suppose :49:
I try to do 6-8 actual working sets per large bodypart and 3-4 for smaller like arms. It has done wonders for me, I look thicker and much harder while moving up to my old strength and even stronger on some exercises than I was before I fell into a string of little injuries that set me back. I recommend this style of training to anyone. :tiphat:

365 x 6 :e5dunno: oh well, Im not even going to get pissed any more at this exercise.

Inclilne BB Press:
315 x 6 :angrydude: this set pissed me off, I normally do 8-10
315 x 7

Flat DB Press:
140s x 9
140s x 8

Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Incline Press:
2 sets of 4 plates/side x 10

Triceps:

Overhead EZ Bar Skull Crushers:
75lbs x 15 (warmup)
135lbs x 12
145lbs x 10

Rope Pull Down:
150 x 12
150 x 10

Single Arm Reverse Grip Pull Down:
50 x 12
55 x 10

Wasn't my best which is what I compare myself to, and a few of these sets really pissed me off but oh well.. I can't have an on day everytime I suppose.

Dont worry man, those weights are still heavy
i'd suggest telling or asking someone in the gym, to punch you or piss you off more than
what you go thru with disappointing reps with weights.
cus' either way you killed them, you'll go back in stronger than before man

It may not be to your usual almighty standard but it doesn't stop it from still being almighty! You know the strength is there just not as much today as usual! Next time my friend...next time.
