Sweet Christ! That BTN press was outrageous. I bet that put the other chaps nose right out of joint while he was squatting! :49:

I come in here and look at awe at your sessions.

While looking at your massive weight everywhere, not only is it impressive strength if you were 300lbs and a fatty mcfat fat but your 10% and a freakin beast.

usually I end up leaving here with a vagina after looking at your sessions

Always good to give your body some extra rest as long as you dont get used to it.

Holy phenomenal weights, Braaq :hhj:

I do DB upright rows, too. They're less stressful on my wrists...mine pop if I go decently heavy with a bar of any kind. I imagine he just replaces the cambered or straight bar with DBs and just does an upright row like I do, Lionheart. Is that the case, Braaq? And why do you do them?

I do DB upright rows because its more of a free range of motion compared to the restrictive bar. Mostly it is because straight or ez bar upright rows make my acromioclavicular ligament is torn, ultimately they are just painful for me. :e5dunno:

Second Leg Day back from when I almost blew out my knee... I was very happy with it :D

Legs:

Free Weight Squats:
135 x 15 (warmup)
225 x 12 (warmup)
315 x 13 (warmup, was going to do sets of 15 but it was way too light)
405 x 10
405 x 12
(Not impressive, but after 3 weeks off I was happy. The weight felt super light and I went down and up very slow and made sure I went parallel with no bouncing at the bottom, while pressing evenly and slow with both legs on the way up. :xyxthumbs: This was a good sign)

Leg Presses: (narrow foot placement)
10 plates x 25
16 plates x 25
20 plates x 15 (this weight put a lot of stress on my knee)
18 plates x 25 (the burn was intense)

Leg Extensions:
150 x 15
250 x 8 (had to stop, this really bothered my knee so screw this exercise :angrydude:)

Lying Leg Curls:
170 x 15
200 x 15
200 x 13
200 x 13

Sitting Leg Curls:
125 x 15
160 x 12
160 x 12

Did some calves and got out, my knee feels ok.. not 100% but I was happy with my first leg day with squats back.
