Free-Weight Behind the Neck BB Press:
135 x 12 (warmup)
185 x 15 (warmup, did this 15 times to mess with a friend who was squatting this at the time )
225 x 8 (warmup)
275 x 4 angrydude: getting better but not there yet)
dropped to 225 x 8 since I didnt get 275 for much
Standing DB Side Laterals:
50s x 15
60s x 15
70s x 12
70s x 10, drop 60s x 10
Reverse Pec Deck:
235 x 15
250 x 12
265 x 10
DB Upright Rows:
65s x 12
75s x 10
85s x 8
Biceps:
Standing Aleternating DB Curls:

Standing BB Curls:
