Did some calves and got out... the calf machine bothered my knee a bit.. but still gonna hit a light leg day
Braaq said:Thanks buddy, I think I am a better incline presser than flat.. I was happy that I got as much as I did up. That is why I do this style of training, warm up with a set or two then go to your heavy set and rep it out instead of wasting energy on the BS sets that dont build muscle. Gives me energy throughout on my heavy sets.
