That sounds very reasonable. Actually I should test that metod, I need more weights for my train. Especially for Bench Pressing. Maybe I should test some new training style, it could help.

I think I'll join in with the crying. Outstanding effort yet again Braaq. Strength is truly awesome and the sheer volume of work on chest with that weight throughout!!

Yesterday I did a rehab day for my knee, nothing worth posting. All I did for quads was leg presses. I did several sets with a slow controled movement. I did about ten sets and was still able to get 8 plates/side for 20 reps. I didnt want to go heavier on my first leg day since I tweaked it. After that I did a full workout on my hams.

Today:

Chest:

Incline DB Press:
90s x 12 (warmup)
120s x 10 (warmup)
150s x 8
150s x 9

Flat BB Bench Press:
315 x 9
315 x 8

Incline Magnum Press:
4 plates/side x 12
5 plates/side x 8

Flat DB Press:
90s x 10
100s x 10

Triceps:

Overhead Skullcrusher:
75lbs x 15 (warmup)
125lbs x 15
145lbs x 12
155lbs x 10

Single Pulley Wide Grip Press Downs:
120lbs x 15
150lbs x 12

Reverse Grip Single Pulley Single Arm:
2 sets of 40lbs x 12

Did some calves and done.

Great session there bro! Those weight are awesome in every move! That Incline DB Press looks great.

I'm started to do sessions with ur style. I need to train that style still, but I don't make anymore so many "warming" reps. It feels that I have more power to do my train. Thanks to u :)!

(These were pretty easy, I always stayed away from this weight thinking it would involve my biceps too much, but not the case. Expect seeing more of these and possibly heavier in the future)

Reverse-Grip Wide PullDowns Cutler Style:

Side Grip LifeFitness Row Machine:
265 x 12
265 x 12
