stronger than shit braaq dawg, no what you mean about sqauting and deadlifting, it leads to back injury sooner rather than later, been doing the atg squats and rack deads for awile now, best way to go i think to manage injury. keep up the good work, lving your little banner ( ya narcissict lol)
What is so damn bad about those incline presses??Hitting 315 for 8 reps after those incredible strong DB presses is fn awesome.Damn youre strong..
Week after week you press those heavy ass weight..dont you get any problems with your shoulders or/and elbows?

MaKaVeLi said:huuuge flat db press man - nice work! Dam, I would have thought 315 x 8 on your second third incline set and second chest exercise was awesome...but knowing your strength you were probably aiming for 10? Insane dude!
Thanks buddy, I think I am a better incline presser than flat.. I was happy that I got as much as I did up. That is why I do this style of training, warm up with a set or two then go to your heavy set and rep it out instead of wasting energy on the BS sets that dont build muscle. Gives me energy throughout on my heavy sets.h0ke said:Great chest session m8! That really looks awesome, especially those inclines!
I had to come in here to get motivation after feeling good about my workout today. I think getting the 105s is good but I come in here and you throw around the 150s, makes me want to go either cry, or workout right now. Both at the same time![]()
Maybe that is the secret
Crying while your training :crymeariver: =
Go test it![]()
