BADASS SHOULDER WORKOUT!!!!:

DB Military Press:
85lbs x 12 (warmup)
100lbs x 8 (warmup)
120lbs x 10
130lbs x 6 :weightlifter:
I haven't done DB Presses in three months or more, I dont even remember the last time I did them. Needless to say, I was happy as shit with my performance. I could have done more with the 130's but I didnt want my spotter to have to come in so I stopped. :D

Standing DB Side Laterals:
50s x 15
60s x 15
75s x 8 (someone had the 70's :angrydude:)
60s x 12, drop 50s x 10

Bent Over DB Rear Laterals:
40s x 15
45s x 15
50s x 15
I like high reps for rear delts.

Freeweight Behind the Neck BB Press:
135 x 12
185 x 9 (hit a damn wall on that one)
185 x 11 (somehow I was stronger on this one :e5dunno:)

Biceps:

Preacher Straight Bar Curls:
80lbs x 12 (warmup)
100lbs x 10
110lbs x 11

Sitting DB Curls:
60lbs x 10
60lbs x 11

Standing DB Hammer Curls:
90lbs x 12
100lbs x 9
90lbs x 10

Hit some claves and left after shooting the shit with some buddies. I was stoked about this workout, very happy with how I did.

Db shoulder presses are bout 2.5 -2.7 times i could ever lift!! farking amazing man
congrats on everything in there, i hate it when someones using a db i need
but an extra 5lbs on that shouldnt matter with your strength, keep it up man!

Thanks Hypo, seeing as how I only took stuff when I was 19 and 20 I dont contribute much of my strength now to that stuff since it was four years ago. I worked up to this strength naturally with hard ass work and intensity with a drive to always out do myself. Only way I know how. :e5dunno:

WOW those DB presses look huge!! U are doing it with 1 pGhi / hand weights :D I am around 140 lb and you lift 130 lb each hand :( saaad :D

I get them up on my own, when I get there I just need a bump up from the starting position and then I rep em out. Also for those that think I dont do good form I come down to the point that my hands are level with my ears, and press all the way up (but no clanking the weights together, that breaks tension and could lead to problems)

I like AZ a lot, I miss TX, but I have met a lot of great people. Tucson seems to be the universal start over city for many people. The mountains are amazing, the sunsets/sunrises are jaw dropping, and the weather (except for summer) is great.
Just not Pheonix, its smoggy there and always about 10 degrees hotter their. But they have a larger population and that equals better night life and better looking girls. But Tucson definitely has its fair share of that too.
